If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 10 days of receipt. Once the return is approved a shipping label will be emailed to you.
All items MUST be returned in their original protective packaging with tags intact to reduce damage during handling.
We are NOT able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, have a strong scent, are not in original condition, or have had tags removed.
We can NOT accept returns on any sale or clearance items. They are final sale.
Once items are returned you will be entitled to store credit/e-gift card minus the $8.99 return shipping fee.
Please include your packing slip and/or name and order number to ensure we have received the correct return.

Where items are returned to us outside of this time period, we reserve the right to return the item to you.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You may request a return and repurchase the items.
