Items purchased from ChloeRae are returnable within 7 days of the delivery date and will be refunded for the original form of payment or in the form of online credit.

****All Sale/Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned****

Please note: In the event a refund is granted, refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

All items must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags & packaging. Please be mindful of perfume, makeup, or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted and returned to you.

All items must be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted and will be returned to you.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse.

Please note, returns do take us 2-3 business days to inspect and process after reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
