Return Policy

Returns At ChloeRae 

Items purchased from ChloeRae.com are returnable within 10 days of the delivery date and will be refunded for the original form of payment or in the form of online credit. We will email you a prepaid return label. Once the items is returned back to our facility and inspected, we will then process your refund, less the $4.99 return shipping fee.

Please note: Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Sale/Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Custom orders and items purchased at events are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

All items must be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note: shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The $5.99 return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the return. 

Please email us info@chloerae.com to receive your return authorization number. and return label, or CLICK HERE to visit our Contact Us page and fill out the form.  We will respond with a return authorization number and return label. 

All items must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags & packaging. Please be mindful of perfume, makeup, or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted and returned to you.

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our facility. Please note, returns take us 2-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Sale/Clearance
  • Items marked final sale
  • Items purchased at events
  • Special/Custom Orders
